waterproofing: Broders Annex , Regina SK

We were called out to solve a basement water issue on this newly built property.

We excavated and exposed the weeping tile and foundation wall. We discovered 2 vertical cracks from the top of the foundation wall running down to the footing level.

After cleaning the dirty wall, the cracks were sealed and the foundation wall was professionally waterproofed and inspected by Regina Building inspectors.

We were then given the go ahead to backfill and complete the project.
