UNDERPINNING: UNIVERSITY PARK, regina SK

After being called to inspect an unlevel/sloping floor and cracking in drywall. It was determined that the foundation had sunken 4 inches on the front half of the house.

A total of 12 Push peirs were installed 50 feet deep in the ground. The piers were anchored to the foundation and the sunken foundation was lifted 4 inches back to level. All work was done under the design of a Structural Engineer.

Key things to note on this project:

This underpinning process was performed on the inside of the basement- eliminating the need to excavate around the exterior of the property.

A lifetime warranty was provided.
