This property in Gardiner park has cinderblock basement walls that experienced a large amount of inward movement due to soil pressure. Block, Brick, or Stone walls require an Engineered knee wall. What this means : steel bracing is installed along the wall and rebar is ran through the beams. We then build a form to encapsulate the braces and rebar with concrete. Once set, these forms are removed to reveal a new wall infront of the old wall.
